10.0We had a great stay and absolutely loved our room. The service was excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has three pools, including an adults-only pool, which was perfect for relaxing if you’re traveling without children. It’s a great option for both families and couples. A special thank you to Ngọc at reception. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My kids absolutely loved her. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I wish more hotels provided this level of service. I also had several massages during our stay, and they were fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

− Bedroom doesn’t have a dining table for in room dining. Just a desk with one chair. Also not having a full length mirror is kind of annoying. Everything else was fabulous.
