Great overnight stay!!
10.0All staff there were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tiana and Jada in the Dining Room at Breakfast. The Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.
− The shower stall in the bathroom did not have a place (shelf) to put soap and shampoo while showering. Very inconvenient.

6.0The property's location was perfect for my visit to Kingston, and the room was clean. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
− Despite my positive comments above, there were some areas that fell short. For example, I repeatedly requested an extra pillow, which was never delivered - it was needed for health reasons. Towels were not fully restocked, and even when requested, they were never delivered. The dinner service was subpar, and a simple step like repeating orders could have greatly improved my experience. The service at breakfast was really good.

8.0The equipments in the room are old and need to replace asap. I have being using the hotel facilities over 26 years now and it’s been the same equipments. Need an upgrade asap. I will always use this hotel though whenever I in Kingston.
