6.0Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute .Chambre appart exigüe ,lit en 140 loué pour 2 personnes . Rapport qualité /prix exagéré .

10.0Bon air, randonnées, spa, bon accueil. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, les gens sont agréables et très serviable. Les studios de castel sont vastes, lumineux et bien équipés. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les chiens gentils sont les bienvenus. Nous recommandons chaudement.

8.0Hôtel s’impatiente, récent, chambre (appartement), vaste, propre, très bien équipé, literie un peu mole. Petit défaut, pas de ménage pendant le séjour (en supplément). SPA, ouvert uniquement qq heures, mais bien équipé. Bon séjour et agréable À 2 pas du centre.

4.0Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation.
