Excellent across the board!
10.0Start to finish a wonderful experience across the board. Zevon took care of us poolside and provided excellent care and service. I was very happy to celebrate a milestone birthday here!
Wonderful Vacation for the Entire Family
10.0Top notch service, beautiful weather, and welcoming hospitality! We just returned from a wonderful week at the Ritz Aruba. Let me say, we definitely were not ready to leave. Everyone at the property is welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. We were welcomed with Prosecco, treated to thoughtful amenities in the room, and greeted by name each time we returned to a venue. The staff was top notch. My family is Gluten Free and the servers and staff at every restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us. When you arrive at each dining establishment they ask you if you have any food allergies (even at the beach & pool). The breakfast buffet had a dedicated Gluten Free bread section with it's own toaster!! (Great GF options most places, but unfortunately no GF buns) We encountered a lot of wonderful staff: Ana at breakfast every day, Ely at the beach, Super Mario at Casa Nonno's, Micheline at Noori, and Jose at the Pop Up Beach Bar. One staff member who truly made our trip stand out was Jenssen at Noori. He was delightful from the jump and we went back daily for a drink or another sushi roll (or both). Jenssen is truly a gem!! The rooms very also very nice and spacious. Plenty of drawer space and closets with organizers made it very easy for all 3 of us to unpack and enjoy the room. One thing to remember in Aruba is that all beaches are public. The Ritz does a great job of keeping non guests off their chairs (the best they can). I also really appreciated the app where you can pre-book your beach chairs for the next day. I know everyone at the hotel is diligently working to make the property the best it can possibly be. My suggestions would be: improving the breakfast potatoes (minor I know but they were undercooked), GF buns, and a beach/pool shop on the same level as the pool and beach with family friendly beach attire (rash guards, swimwear, beach shoes), floats, sand toys, snacks, sun care, etc. We have been to other resorts that have shops like these and they are a life saver for families.
Quick stay at the ritz
8.0Great place to stay. All of the restraints were great. We stayed while the lobby was under construction- would have loved that view. Was above the child pool, but it wasn’t a problem. The outdoor bar staff openly fought over tips, a bit uncomfortable, but they were super nice to us. The beach umbrellas will not protect you on a hot day, but it is Aruba. Well go back. Again- restraints were incredible, and the drink guy in the van puts pride in his craft.
Muy caro los servicios de alimentación y poca variedad
8.0Habitaciones cómodas

Can’t wait to come back !
Our Happy Place at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba
10.0We recently spent 10 days at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba over the July 4 holiday, and the experience reminded us why Aruba continues to be one of our favorite destinations. My wife and I have visited Aruba about a dozen times, and this was our second stay at The Ritz-Carlton. It will not be our last. The property is among the very best hotels we have ever experienced. From check-in onward, the team makes you feel genuinely welcomed, and everyone we encountered seemed focused on making our stay memorable. Exceptional Service from Start to Finish The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and attentive. We especially want to thank Andres Diaz, Front Office Manager, for his assistance before our arrival and for helping make our stay extra special. The entire team delivered outstanding service from beginning to end. In the Club Lounge, under Mildre’s leadership, guests are treated like valued friends. The food, atmosphere, and service are all top shelf. Sergio and Giva, the concierge team, attended to every detail of our stay, while Zion, Jose, and Agnes took excellent care of our food and beverage needs. Ziggy, though new to the team, deserves special mention for going out of his way to deliver exceptional customer service. The same level of care continued at the beach and pool. Everyone we met seemed to share the same mission: to make our stay wonderful. Eduardo at the beach tended to our every need, and Andrew at the pool deserves special recognition for his leadership and superb customer service. Aruba is known as “One Happy Island,” and The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba has become our happy place there. We cannot wait to return.
