6.0The Greystone is an older place. The bolt lock on the room door didn't work, plus there was a gap in the door that you could see outside lights through. There was a very large rust spot in the sink that looked like vomit. We had three people in the double room and had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths every day. It wasn’t a great experience.

2.0The owner or manager is so rude and decimates against the handicap. The door was broken and you barely could open it when it was unlocked. The frame was cracked. It was a non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. I would not recommend staying here for so many reasons.

6.0The room was not very clean and there was no lock on the inside that could prevent people from entering the room with a key. The front office has a master key and they could come in at any time and we did not like that. The toilet did not flush well. There were spiderwebs and insect webs and the grout in the shower was dirty.

6.0Limited parking. At check in, I had to fill out a short form with all the information I had already filled out online, annoying. Room is ok, but the tv channel selection is basic cable and half the channels are static. Room was cheap so it is what it is.

10.0Check- in was easy.... staff was friendly.... easy to get to location .... room was clean and needs were comfy.... shower was great!
