Great family stay at Legoland hotel Malaysia

We stayed 2 nights at Legoland Hotel Malaysia with our kids and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The staff were excellent, especially when it came to responding to our enquiries and questions. They were helpful, and always friendly. What stood out the most were the different kids’ activities organized throughout the day in different sessions. Our children loved collecting stamps and redeeming rewards – it kept them engaged and excited the whole time. The staff running these activities were very encouraging and patient with the kids. A special thanks to Lynn – she was helpful, pretty, and so nice to the children. She really made our stay more memorable! One great perk we appreciated as hotel guests is that we could re-enter Legoland with our 1-Day pass. This gave us flexibility to go back to the hotel for rests or meals and return to the park without any hassle. The LEGO-themed environment is fun and immersive, perfect for little ones who love building and playing. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Legoland Malaysia. Highly recommended for families with kids!

Good but..

Location is good, atmosphere is the best but the room is uncomfortable with that price. The aircond is very slow and the hotel is not too clean. Hopefully legoland team can improve that. Thanks

The room we stayed had a pirate theme and the details were on point. The kids really enjoyed the hotel from the moment you arrived until lights off. Room is good enough for kids to be able to play lego on the carpeted floor and double deck bed is perfect for the theme. The lego treasure chest is also a fantastic idea for the kids to have fun insdie the room. The sink for kids is also a great addition plus the lego theme shower room is also fantastic. Hotel swimming pool is just okay, but of course we did not come to the hotel to swim but to visit the theme park. Staff were polite and friendly. Service was very good and common areas are really clean. Elevator wil be one of the most memorable experience, the theme of a disco club on the tune of Everything is awesome". Value wise, the experience and seeing the kids have fun and create beautiful memories was the goal and objective of going to this beautiful place. The value you get is really worthit. Location wise, we came from the city, hence we have to travel 3 hours by car, but this gave us time to rest before reaching the hotel. Overall, i'd say it is heavily recommended to visit this place specially for kids who loves lego.

We had a wonderful stay and I want to especially highlight Fuza who is very welcoming and has customer service at the bottom of her hard. She did everything she could to make our stay exceptional. And it was.
