2.0Terrible accommodation. The photos bear no resemblance to the actual place. The parking instructions provided prior to arrival are unclear. In our room, the trash can was full of food and the room smelled terrible. We asked the receptionist to clean it up and although we asked for it, we returned from dinner and things were still the same. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. The elevators are covered in cardboard due to renovations. The hotel has a pool, but when we arrived, we were told it was closed. It's unbelievable that this wasn't mentioned anywhere. Overall, it was a bad experience, especially because of the trash in the room. This has never happened to me again. I won’t recommend it and we are not coming back again.
