6.0Parking lot was very safe . Certain kids running a muck sometimes very loud especially after 8pm . Wish we could've used the air conditioner but didnt because it had some mold & mildew to it which caused a breathing issues for both of us.

6.0The room was spacious, but everything was dated. Furniture, carpet, everything. Old and dingy. The kitchenette had only a fridge and a microwave, but no cooktops, dishes, utensils, or dish towels. In the common area, the hot tub was closed, and the pool was open, but the whole area was dark. The gym had minimal equipment. The game room was operational (you need tokens).

8.0Location was perfect to see the Kancamagus Highway and Washington mt. Set off the road so it was quiet. Staff was nice to interact with. Enjoyed the pool and having a place to do laundry was an extra bonus.
