− No reception staff. Had to wait 1hr to be seen to. 1 reception staff attending to rooms and other things

9.0I was on a busy weekend with family and we had everything we needed for our purpose, including two beds and a fridge, so as much as I'm not saying there isn't anything to be improved etc, but for my purposes everything I needed was provided for hence I rate my stay highly, to an extent that my two night stay ended up being a four nights stay.
− I can't think of anything that could have made my stay unpleasant or uncomfortable.

− The food and food were horrible with no variety , as a result we didn't eat The chef needed to benchmark the Premium Hotel Eastern Cape East London or Protea hotel or Southern Sun hotel
