2.0До арендодателя не дозвониться, а если получилось, трубку поднимают разные люди и говорят на плохом русском. Пытаешься объяснить что бронировал, они сразу уточняют стоимость, говорят что за такую сумму нет, есть только дороже (причем значительно). Три брони делал, три геммороя по выяснению всего. Результат - не заселился, потерял время, нервы и зарядку на гаджете.

6.0По прибытии на автовокзал при звонке администратору выяснил, что в отеле авария и нас переселяют в другое место. 40 минут на общественном транспорте и мы на месте. Частная квартира, почти центр, удобная и чистая, постельное поглажено, на кухне порядок, клиентов уважают... Пришлось пользоваться наличными, а не картой (возможно для кого-то минус). Всё устраивает.
