8.0Apartamento simples porém completo, cozinha e banheiro ok. O local não possui recepção, é necessário telefonar ao chegar para que alguém vá levar a chave, comigo foi super rápido, não fiquei nem 10 min esperando. O senhor que foi levar a chave foi super solicito e atencioso. Ótimo custo x benefício.
Administração precisa estar mais presente.
