9.0A cordialidade das pessoas, localização. Quarto pequeno porém aconchegante.
− Local possui apenas 4 vagas de garagem, o carro teve que ficar na rua.

7.0Localização é excelente, rua tranquila. Bom para dormir, água do chuveiro bem quente. Funcionários, principalmente o recepcionista que fez meu check in é muito solícito e educado. Limpeza do quarto e da roupa de cama e banho também estão de parabéns.
− Espaço do café da manhã muito pequeno, no máximo duas pessoas se servem por vez. Tamanho do quarto para 3 pessoas não proporciona conforto, extremamente apertado, principalmente quando adicionamos bagagem.
BEM INFERIOR. ACEITÁVEL SÓ MESMO PRA PASSAR UM NOITE E TOMAR UM BANHO.

− O MOÇO DA RECEPÇÃO ME ENTREGOU A CHAVE ERRADA DO QUARTO, O QUE ME GEROU CONSTRANGIMENTO POIS, QUANDO ABRI O QUARTO ELE ESTAVA SENDO USADO POR OUTRAS PESSOAS. NÃO TEM GARAGEM PARA CAMINHONETE. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ BEM RUIM.
