4.0First I would like to state that the staff all seemed very nice, this is not a reflection on them at all - also the room was very clean, I was very curious to see how it would be with covid-19 but it was perfectly adequate. However the general condition of the property is incredibly poor. The parking lot is littered with garbage, people loitering who aren't staying in the hotel, there was a morbidly obese man drinking from the hose next to the pool when we checked in. The room was incredibly dated, shabby and depressing, and the air-conditioning system made me feel ill (I think it's long over due for a filter change) the buffet was nothing more then weak coffee and some budget bread rolls and some corn flakes. I wouldn't return.

6.0Nice budget hotel. Outdated but comfortable. Breakfast was fine and had the necessary itens for a nice day. Girl at the reception very friendly. Guy from the breakfast not really. Good a for a short stay in Valença
