− Our room was below ground level, so quite dark. the water pressure in the shower was weak and the water was not hot.

10.0The staff were absolutely incredible from the time we stepped out of the taxi! It’s a lovely resort to which we couldn’t fault. I was actually quite poorly towards the end of our stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! From getting me a doctor to making sure I was okay and had everything I needed. We would definitely stay here again.

10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely stay at Sakala Resort & Spa in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are great, and everyone made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. What made our experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the manager, Nanda, and the reception host, Namira. They genuinely took the time to ask about our stay and wanted honest feedback, which showed how much they truly care about their guests. When they realised we had already checked out but had a very late-night flight, Nanda incredibly organised for us to keep the same room we had been staying in at no extra charge, so we could relax and be comfortable before heading to the airport. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that we will never forget. The kindness, care, and outstanding customer service from the entire team made our holiday even more special. I highly recommend Sakala Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you, Nanda, Namira, and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return!
− One small suggestion that I hope may be helpful is to consider offering alternative milk options, such as almond milk or lactose-free milk, for guests' coffees. As the resort welcomes so many international visitors with different dietary requirements and preferences, I think this would be a great addition to the experience. When we mentioned this, Nanda was incredibly appreciative of the feedback and genuinely took it on board, thanking us for the suggestion. It was wonderful to see how open the team is to listening and continuously improving the guest experience.
