10.0Although they didn't have breakfast per se, they had good snacks to take to our rooms, and popcorn. And the owner was so warm and wecoming!
− I liked the fact that this wasn't a "chain". The owner is the one who checks you in and checks you out, and is the most warm and welcoming hostess.

10.0Clean and close to the Boardwalk. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! They provide lots of little extras (free popcorn and goodies, beach blankets, lots of movies and board games) and a great little courtyard with tables, chairs and a BBQ. The courtyard is perfect for a close place to take your dog to do their business. 😊

− The walls are so thin. Could hear so much from the rooms around. And the bed was incredibly hard and so creaky. Every time we moved it was loud and would wake us up.
Overall great place. I’d probably stay there again.
9.0Proximity to the beach, AC, and free use of DVDs and beach towels/toys. Extremely friendly, accommodating, and communicative office staff.
− Age of the building shows, thin floors between levels. I could hear the people upstairs making all sorts of noise.

− The bed was a little uncomfortable for me...but I have a bad back..
