9.0Shower nya okay terutama air panasnya dan bersih,cuma perlu pengharum ruangan biar lebih fresh.
− AC nya udah kuno perlu ganti baru dan butuh waktu buat mendinginkan ruangan( cukup lama baru dingin) serta menu sarapan yang lebih variatif.
Short holiday in Semarang , the room was quite from outside noises, we can rest without any disturbance after long drive
8.0The room quite spacious , front desk reception was very help full when we ask for a little bit early check in . there is connecting door from the lobby hotel to Sorai resto , make it easy for us not to walk during rainy times

6.0I chose the hotel because of its location. Close to many landmarks in semarang. Employees were polite, friendly include security. The only thing I want Neo to improve is the maintenance (room and corridor. I liked the VIT water dispenser nearby my room and I noticed there were events next to breakfast area : from Polda to wedding. This shows that NEO has good food and beverage quality
