9.0Joel and Tracey are so welcoming and helpful. I only booked on the morning of my stay, but Joel rang to ask my arrival time. The room and bathroom were so comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a good choice for breakfast and my full breakfast was excellent. I travelled by train and the station is only a short walk away as is the beach. I can highly recommend staying here.
