− The breakfast was not very tasty. The receptionist was talking with someone on his cell the whole time.....

1.0− The hotel we booked is closed. The owner sent us to what is apparently another hotel he owns, a Rodeway motel. It was not clean and didn't serve breakfast. Booking com should check to see whether the Quality Inn at Panguitch is actually open before you book any other stays there,!
