− No me gustó que el check-in pudiera realizarse hasta las 4:30 p. m., cuando según sus propias políticas estaba programado para las 3:00 p. m. Además, la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento y, el primer día que llegamos, el restaurante parecía un cuarto de herramientas, por lo que prácticamente no fue posible disfrutar de las instalaciones. En ningún momento se me informó, antes de reservar o de realizar el pago, que únicamente podríamos hacer uso de la habitación. Me da gusto que estén reparando la alberca, ya que había leído varios comentarios sobre ese problema. Sin embargo, considero que es muy importante informar estas situaciones con anticipación para que los huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión con toda la información disponible. En estas condiciones, creo que el costo del hospedaje debería ser menor, ya que la experiencia no corresponde al precio que se paga.
