10.0The location is very convenient. It's about 3-4 blocks from the Sapporo station and also a walking distance of interesting things to see, such as the Clock Tower (100m), Odori Park (200m) and the TV Tower (300m). There are numerous restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful - and at least two of them spoke English (so, not all of them). The room was clean, even if a bit worn out. Sound insulation was excellent. I had a Japanese style room, but there was a proper spring mattress on the tatami floor and a couple of chairs (pretty low, but fine), so you don't need to sit on the floor if you prefer not to. I think this hotel is good value for money.
