10.0Really liked staying in this hotel! Staff is really helpful and responsive, good breakfast, spacious room. Good location, close to the subway station!

1.0Nothing
− The hotel was advertised as luxurious and of a high standard. However, the actual conditions are completely unacceptable. The hotel is poorly maintained, the accommodation is in a terrible condition, and the windows overlook a cemetery directly. This has caused significant psychological distress to my wife due to her severe fear of cemeteries. I booked two luxury suites for my family, expecting a safe and comfortable stay. Instead, the hotel placed us on separate floors, leaving my children, aged 7, 8, 11 and 16, separated from their parents. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me serious concerns about their safety. To make matters worse, the hotel staff have treated me and my children disrespectfully and behaved in a manner that I consider completely unacceptable.

9.0Location and big bathroom .
− Smaller rooms and parking problems
