Had a lovely afternoon & a quiet night.
8.0Location,, great views, farm shop, close to a National trust prpoerty, staff very helpful.
Great location, comfortable farmhouse style rooms, good food and excellent value. Will return.
9.0Great location, next to Bodnant Garden, close to Conwy Castle and with a lovely view over the River Conwy to the hills beyond. A sympathetic farmhouse restoration providing comfortable and spacious rooms without losing the farmhouse feel. The adjacent complex houses a large café with a wide choice of food with a 'home cooked' vibe, with both interior and courtyard tables. The farm shop stocks a good range of food and gift items. There's even a play area for younger children. Plenty of parking adjacent to the complex. Whilst there was no reception as such, communication from the hotel was excellent and keys were left out for us, being late arrivals. All worked well. Very good value all round.
− Nothing at all to complain about.

4.0Location was good. Room was nice.
− No bar or restaurant on Monday evening. Tv not working in our room and no one at the venue to contact. Seemed to be completely closed.
Expensive experience
6.0The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The location was good. Beautiful views and lovely sunset.
− The room was very small and claustrophobic. The body wash was nearly empty. The food was mediocre. Confusion on prices as it stated on menu 3 courses fixed price. We were charged for individual courses. I did speak to staff member and some money was taken off. In general we thought the whole place could do with some TLC as lovely buildings but not made the best of. Expensive for what you got as having to pay £35 for breakfast on top of room. And service let the experience down. Room £120 we also purchased a meal and drinks £148 then breakfast to pay for.
