2.0I did not check in and no one refunded my money. I called a day after booking to cancel ,reading about bedbugs and dirty motel.

2.0The guy at the front desk informed me that my reservation didn't work, so I would have to pay at the desk. When I checked my credit card statement I have two charges. One from Expedia and one from the Rainbow. After I checked in I was assigned a room and told there was no key for the room, because house keeping took it with them. There also was no shower head in the room to take a shower, but the worst part was yet to come. I laid in the bed for approximately 20 minutes and recieved over one hundred BED BUG bites. Worst motel/hotel experience ever. I went to another hotel in Hastings to clean myself of the bed bugs. I tried to talk to the hotel staff the next day, but they wouldn't answer the door bell and the office doors were locked at 10:45 a.m..
