8.0There’s room for 4 cars directly outside the property but as it’s in a nice residential area there was safe parking very close too. We only saw the staff briefly on arrival but she was very friendly and helpful. Good size clean room. Great location for us to go to the NEC. Lots of lovely places to eat in close walking proximity.
Airport stay
6.0Check in was a slip of paper with my name telling me the key was in the door. The entrance was really shabby but the room was ok, but does smell of damp. As a place to sleep before an early flight, the location was good for the airport. Felt expensive for the standard. Wouldn’t stay again.

10.0Arrived late and left early, so really only slept there but had a very good nights sleep. We were welcomed, the room was lovely and clean, and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. It’s a shame we didn’t have a chance to experience the facilities, but perhaps next time when we have more time.
