Poor communication and inaccessible support
4.0The room was clean and big.
− A disappointing experience. I was not provided with any instructions on how to access my room, and there was no one at reception to assist me upon arrival. I repeatedly called the hotel’s support number, which promised assistance within four seconds, but no one answered. As a result, it took me over an hour to get into my room, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the hotel. The experience was made even worse the following morning, when the only interaction I had with a staff member was to be rushed out of my room for check-out. I was just five minutes past the check-out time and was in the process of getting ready to leave. Given the considerable inconvenience I had experienced the night before, this lack of understanding and basic courtesy was particularly disappointing. Overall, the hotel showed very little regard for its guests, both in terms of practical assistance and customer service. I would have expected a much more professional and considerate approach.

Booking.com is not transferring the credit card details to the Hotel anymore. If the credit card details are not given to the hotel prior to check-in there will be no entrance to the hotels facilities. The property has 5 parking spots only. Please make sure to reserve a parking spot if needed prior to arrival. Guests arriving by car should also ensure they purchase an environmental sticker (in German: Umweltplakette) in advance and display this in their car.
