− هذا نص أقوى مع إضافة ملاحظتك عن الدرج وإمكانية الوصول: ⭐☆☆☆☆ أسوأ تجربة فندقية مررت بها في حياتي، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق إطلاقًا. منذ وصولنا بدأ الإحباط بسبب التأخير في تسجيل الدخول، ثم كانت الصدمة عندما اضطر ابني للنوم على فراش وُضع على الأرض، مع وجود النمل حوله، وهو أمر غير مقبول في أي فندق، فكيف بفندق بهذا المستوى. الغرفة لم تكن كما توقعت، والخدمة كانت سيئة، وعندما طلبت إلغاء الحجز بسبب هذه المشاكل لم أجد أي تعاون أو اهتمام بحل المشكلة. المشكلة الأكبر هي تصميم الفندق. يوجد عدد هائل من الدرج في كل مكان، والصعود والنزول مرهق جدًا. الوصول إلى الغرف صعب للغاية، ولا يوجد مسار مناسب لتحريك الحقائب الكبيرة أو عربات الأطفال أو كراسي كبار السن، مما يجعل التنقل داخل الفندق مزعجًا ومتعبًا. بدلًا من الاستمتاع بإجازتي، أضعت وقتي وأموالي في تجربة سيئة جدًا. لا أنصح أي عائلة أو أي شخص لديه أطفال أو كبار سن أو أمتعة كثيرة بالإقامة هنا. لن أعود إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا، وكانت هذه بلا شك أسوأ تجربة فندقية مررت بها.

Beautiful resort with a wonderful staff.
10.0The grounds are stunning and the rooms are beautiful. The private pools are actually a great size, and the beds are super comfortable. The restaurant serves great food, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In fact, the staff throughout were a big highlight of Sankara. Highly recommend.
