10.0Alloggio confortevole. Pulito, attrezzato di tutto, con un giardino immerso in un silenzio rigenerante, in cui a fare compagnia - graditissima - c'e' un albero di magnolia, una buganville dal colore splendido, ed un ulivo. Il proprietario disponibile, propositivo e tempestivo nelle comunicazioni. Spero veramente di poterci tornare durante quest'estate. PS: difronte all'alloggio c'e' un bar che offre animazione e musica dal vivo, staff gentile e sorridente, nonostante la grande e continua affluenza e il caldo. Da consigliare per chi vuole sentirsi a casa anche mentre e' un vacanza

10.0B&B con bellissimo terrazzo vista mare, posizione eccezionale con mare a pochi passi. Michele molto cordiale e disponibile con la mia famiglia, mi ha agevolato ed aiutato per gestire al meglio le esigenze del mio bimbo piccolo. Top

− Hormis les deux chambres. La salle de bain est à rénover ( Douche vétuste, planche de WC ne tient pas) et l'intérieur des meubles de cuisine ne donne pas envie de cuisiner.

10.0Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek! Apartament był bardzo czysty, a kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne. Duży taras z przepięknym widokiem na morze i spokojna okolica sprawiały, że był to idealny azyl po całym dniu zwiedzania Rzymu. Blisko znajduje się dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy oraz bezpłatna plaża. Łazienka jest bardzo ładna, a świeżutkie ręczniki były miłym dodatkiem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują niezwykle serdeczni właściciele, którzy byli dostępni i pomocni w każdej chwili. Polecam to miejsce z całego serca i z przyjemnością tu wrócę!

9.0Le positionnement le long de l avenue principale. La proximité de la plage a pied Une cour pour garer la voiture et la possibilité de manger a l extérieur. L équipement est complet et la gare permet de rejoîdre Le centre ville de Rome en 30mn pour une somme de 9.5€ train et transports en commun compris. Et le coût de la vie beaucoup plus bas qu en france L appart est climatisé pour l été
− Le seul défaut de cet appart est que la cuisine salle a manger ne dispose pas de fenêtre. Les chambres ont des portes fenêtres. La maison est un R+2 l appart est au RDC. On entend bien la vie de l immeuble Et et tous les immeubles autour ont des balcons aux beau jours où les gens ont plaisir a y manger en famille des les beaux jours. Mais le double vitrage est de bonne qualité
