5.0The breakfast and court yard was great. Its a nice property in that aspect.
− Bed was rock hard. Seems to be typical in Ecuador but it was extra hard. Bathroom shower ice cold even when I ran the hot for 3 minutes it never worked. Bathroom outdated. chairs outdated. Cost per person is insane 60 per person per night is way too much for this area. I asked to cancel prior and they said they would give us a jacuzzi room and that did not happen.
Great hotel but not as luxurious as the price
7.0Nice old house, half of block from the Central Park of Cotacachi, really nice queensize bed and really clean rooms, hot water and good wifi and the staff was friendly.
− My overall experience was good, the hotel looked more "luxurious" on the photos. For me it was to expensive for what you get, if you consider the tax and service they charge to the final price.
Located in city center but victim of the road noise throughout the night.

− The hotel sits on a major traffic route. Given that the hotel is an older property there isn’t much sound insulation. You hear all the road noises, buses driving by at all hours, motorcycles, loud vehicles.
