8.0The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good

10.0Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. Finally, the drinks, bartenders, and tea in the living room after skiing were the best. I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and the concierge and front desk staff, all of whom were absolutely lovely, efficient and responsive. Thank you thank you for a phenomenal stay Zannier!
