3.0Car park Nice lady on the property cost of stay
− It was hard to check in and they were not ready for me, or tell me or show me where is the room. The entrance is from the back, dark and rundown. The TV, fan and remote was full of dust and remote didn't even work. The bug on the bathroom wall and stayed on the bed as everything else seemed old and dusty.

Great location to stay before fly out
7.0Great location near Heathrow airport. Basic but comfortable bed and clean room. Check in was quite easy and straight forward. Good for 1 or 2 nights maximum but probably wouldn’t stay longer.
− The bathroom is shared which was a bit tedious as there are a lot of rooms. Shower was clean enough and worked ok.
Reasonable value for the room, however, it is let down by the facilities not working.
5.0The accommodation is in a convenient location for my place of work - so I appreciate the distance and the area. There was a fan in the room, a good thing when it was so hot. The wifi worked well.
− The TV didn't work despite the owner coming out to 'fix' the problem - I couldn't watch the news and I couldn't watch the England match. If the accommodation advertises a facilty, please make sure it works. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and this needs attending to.
Basic but great value and clean

− Blinds in the room could do with curtains.....lots of windows and the Blinds did not keep any sunlight out
