The worst experience I've ever had — disgusting hygiene, items left from previous guests, and no real help when we r
1.0Nothing — the room was not in a usable condition.
− The room was shockingly dirty. We found pubic hair scattered across the bed linen — we couldn't bring ourselves to use it. Inside a cupboard, there was an open plastic bag containing dirty used sanitary pads and pubic hair that had clearly been left by a previous guest. Two dirty bottles. The towels had hair and dirt on them so we couldn't use those either. The bathroom sink had rotting food trapped inside the drain that hadn't been cleaned out. The staff were unhelpful — they offered a refund but couldn't help us find anywhere else to go late at night with children, leaving us stranded. I felt genuinely disgusted and physically sick every time I had to go into that room or use the bathroom. We didn't sleep in the beds — we sat on top fully clothed using our own blankets. We woke up cold, uncomfortable, and feeling awful the next morning. This was not just untidy — it was unhygienic and unacceptable. Booking also very unhelpful saying we have to wait for the property investigation? We have evidence and we did not have to wait for any investigation. We even tried to look for the shared bathroom in the property to see if would be in better condition but unfortunately that other bathroom smelled so bad like very old piss - upon opening the door was clearly the lack of higiene absolutely disgusting this property should be reported to sanitary authorities this is not fit for use- I uploaded the photos see for yourselves

8.0We had a flight from LHR and this property was a convenient stop for us. It is far from the city if you are coming for tourist things, but very easy for LHR
It was fare based on time of booking and value for money
5.0Room was well prepared, bedding, tea and coffee, clean fridge etc.
− Bathroom was not squeeky clean, and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom therefore it smelled mouldy
