There was no stay, had to get a different hotel, after we drove over 300 miles to get there.
1.0We arrived on April 23 2026 around 1;00 and was told they didn't have us booked. We showed them our paper work and verification JYUK3Q and they said they didn't have a room for us.
− We didn't like they didn't have our reservation.

10.0The bartender was awsome... very friendly and good at his job.. the girl that checked us in was awsome too.. very nice and helped us up the elevator ... we loved it there

6.0The history of the property is really special, and I loved the unique details throughout the hotel. The lobby area was beautiful, and the rooftop was especially nice—it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
− We had a mixed experience during our stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, there was an area behind the toilet that had not been cleaned, and we found hair in the blankets stored in the closet. I understand that some wear and staining can happen across properties, but basic cleanliness is very important. The service also varied. The two young ladies at the front desk were quite short with us and didn’t come across as welcoming, which impacted our overall experience. However, the older woman who assisted us during checkout was very kind and pleasant, and we appreciated her hospitality. This hotel has such a rich history and charm, and with improved attention to cleanliness and more consistent customer service, it could truly provide a much better guest experience.
We loved it and will be back!
9.0The attention and retention to the details of an Historic Hotel. Beautifully cared for. The bar was wonderful as was the bartender.
