− I wanted to extend my stay, but the money value was really not good. It’s good but was overpriced for the hotel condition is comparaison with other options

10.0We were traveling with a group, and this was our first stop; that’s what the receptionist who checked us in told us upon our arrival, and it really was true we felt right at home. Yuli at the front desk is incredible. when we arrived, she helped us get a different room, and when we called, Sebastian answered. They helped us a lot during our stay, but Yuli was especially friendly always smiling and very willing to help us. Breakfast was a little chaotic, but the food was good.
The location, the staff, and the breakfast are the best parts of this hotel.
9.0The location, the staff, and the breakfast are the best parts of this hotel. The hotel is located near an impressive number of really fun restaurants. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating and I considered the available breakfast to be better than average.
− I think room for improvement would be the maintenance of the air conditioning system. The AC worked fine, but the tricky part of Bogota is that it is almost always cool at night, so most natives don't even use air conditioning. But since the stereotype about Americans loving AC can be often true, normal regular maintenance AC units can often be left neglected, which can lead to louder than average noises and filter debris build up.

8.0Tatiana at breakfast service and at our group dinner was very lovely and helpful. She even helped our group get breakfast on an early morning when we were short on time before departure. Thanks.
