− limpeza em geral deixou a desejar, esta um pouco abandonado, pouca mao de obra para dar conta, jardim mal cuidado, muito lixo pelos cantos, atendimento via zap ou tel precario demais.

− Precisa de manutenção no chalé , a hidromassagem não funcionava 100%, pia do banheiro entupida e com a torneira solta , luz do banheiro piscando , ar condicionado não funcionou direito , lareira também com a porta emperrada , simples falta de manutenção , peguei duas diárias e não teve arrumação do quarto entre uma diária e outra

− Achei o café da manhã fraco e bem desorganizado, faltam funcionários para dar assistência,lavar louça e repor as coisas do café. E no quarto em que eu fiquei estava com uma falha no assoalho. Achei a pousada um pouco abandonada.
