7.0La zona muy bien me gustó mucho muy tranquila, en si el apartamento bien, tenía todo lo necesario básico. La cocina estaba equipada con platos vasos etc. Lo recomendaría
− Algunos detalles con la limpieza de los baños quizás, por la ventana de la habitación cerrada entraba frío por las noches.

9.0Spacious and very well equipped studio. Had some trouble finding our studio as it was separate from the main building but reception has already undertaken to put up clearer signage. A very nice area and pleasant stay.

9.0Vriendelijke receptioniste die duidelijke instructies gaf. De bedden waren erg comfortabel Badkamer was schoon en ruim Het trappenhuis is netjes Leuke zitkamer Leuke omgeving met veel restaurants en pubs maar niet zo druk als in de meer toeristischere delen van Londen
− Het licht in de woonkamer is wat fel, een extra (schemer)lamp zou fijn zijn Tijdens het douchen werd het water af en toe koud

5.0The apartment we stayed in was lovely, the beds especially were very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was very well equipped.
− Unfortunately our stay was impacted by the lack of sound insulation between floors which affected our sleep a lot. We may just have been unlucky with the other residents who seemed never to sleep. It was also difficult reaching the staff by phone, but they were very responsive via email during office hours.

Opening hours and key collection are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. For outside of these hours, our out-of-hours contact number is 020 3988 0220, and self-service check in is available, and instructions will be sent before your arrival.
Keys will be given from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16:00 until the apartment is ready.
Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay. If you are locked out outside of office hours, there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge.
