− Floor dirty. A little bit inconvenient for cars to reach property.
Balinese hospitality is usually exceptional, which made this experience even more disappointing.
3.0The Kitchen area
− While the staff attitude was the main issue, the property itself also had problems, including insects in the villa and extremely hard, uncomfortable beds. The air con does not work properly, The staff at reception are very loud over night.

9.0Location- in an area that cars can't access so quieter than other areas. We were picked up by golf cart and taken to the hotel. Pool was great- clean and cool Excellent communication via whattsapp
− Path to the villa was extremely slippery Pillows supplied were too big- 4 pillows supplied for queen bed and all too fat- would be better to have 2 thinner pillows and 2 thicker ones.
