− Много посторонних людей около бассейна и в кафе. Приходят не проживающие в отеле люди. Располагаются возле бассейна и на территории для отдыха. Пользуются душем и бассейном. Свободный проход для посторонних. Они весь день толпами ходят по территории

Nada,no me gustó nada

− Ponía tenía excelente ubicacion y estaba a tomar porculo de todo No tenía nada alado,ni restaurantes,ni seven eleven,ni puestecillos...nada... Eso era la carretera del infierno La cabaña era insoportable el calor k hacia,si no pones el aire te asas y tarda un monton en enfriar.... En fin una experiencia malisima Según los comentarios que yo leí... Ninguno corresponde a mi estancia allí,sin duda no volveré

Great resort with even more ponetntial

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 Lipa Bay Resort has so much potential and, in many ways, delivers a wonderful Koh Samui experience. What I Loved The location is absolutely fantastic. Situated directly on the beachfront in peaceful Lipa Noi, the resort offers stunning ocean views and some truly spectacular sunsets. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is a highlight and creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. My room on the second floor was spacious, comfortable, and came with beautiful views of the ocean. Waking up to that scenery every morning was a real treat. The restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was consistently good, reasonably priced, and I enjoyed several excellent meals during my stay. The entire property has a laid-back, tropical charm that makes it easy to unwind. While some areas are a little dated, the overall vibe is very relaxing and fits the location perfectly. Final Thoughts Lipa Bay Resort is a beautiful beachfront property with an excellent location, lovely views, a great pool, and good food. With more attentive service and more comfortable mattresses, it could easily be an outstanding resort. Despite its shortcomings, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to travellers looking for a quiet and relaxing part of Koh Samui.

− The biggest disappointment was the service. The staff, particularly at reception, often came across as indifferent and uninterested. Every request felt like an inconvenience, which was surprising considering the otherwise welcoming atmosphere of the resort. A little more warmth and attentiveness would make a huge difference to the guest experience. The other issue was the bed. Unfortunately, it was one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on and felt more like sleeping on a concrete slab than a hotel mattress. For a short stay it was manageable, but for longer stays it could become uncomfortable.

− Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais avons finalement quitté l’hôtel plus tôt que prévu tant le séjour était inconfortable. La chambre manque clairement d’entretien : mobilier usé, murs marqués, traces d’humidité, fissures, équipements vieillissants et impression générale de négligence. Le réfrigérateur était dans un état peu rassurant et plusieurs détails donnaient une sensation de manque de propreté. Le plus gros problème reste la literie. Le matelas était extrêmement dur et inconfortable. Après plusieurs semaines à voyager en Thaïlande, y compris dans des hébergements très simples en montagne avec beaucoup moins de moyens, nous y avons pourtant beaucoup mieux dormi. C’est un point sur lequel l’établissement devrait sérieusement se remettre en question. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant : un petit jus et un pancake. C’est largement insuffisant et ne correspond pas aux attentes que l’on peut avoir pour ce type d’établissement. Enfin, l’emplacement n’est pas idéal, il n’y a pratiquement rien à faire ou à voir à proximité immédiate, ce qui renforce encore le sentiment de mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Pour le reste, l’état général, le confort et les prestations ne justifient pas le prix demandé. Nous avons préféré partir avant la fin de notre séjour et ne recommandons pas cet établissement.
