9.0Convenient location to downtown and restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and the room was beautifully decorated. Staff were very nice.
− I arrived after the staff left. There was a note on the door saying to text the number to get check in instructions. It took about 30 minutes for me to get a response and to finally get into the room after texting many times. The instructions they gave were vague on where the room was. Very frustrating sitting there not knowing if I would ever be able to get into the room or have to find another place to stay. Also, the window air conditioning unit kept falling out and letting hot air into the room making it extremely hot. As soon as I told the staff they had someone come fix it. I would invest in another reliable method of cooling as this was just duct taped up and the duct tape kept coming off too.
Loved the sheets in the bed and the shower shampoo.

6.0The lobby area was nice and the gardens pretty. Breakfast was interesting because of other guests. The food was average.
− The room was hot and the vented air conditioning did not cool well. The glass door to the room had a sheer curtain and you had to walk in front of the door to get to the bathroom. There was a heavier drape into the room but very impractical.
Overall, I would not stay here again. The breakfast was continental and OK but not amazing. The facility could use some

− There was no one available to check us in. When we called the phone number that was listed the other location did not know what we were talking about. It took a minute for us to actually locate somebody to check us in. The room was OK but outdated. They had to add an AC unit that is piped through the window which made the room not so comfortable. It just felt lack Lester for the price of $300 a night.
