8.0The location was excellent 1 minute walk to the square. The receptionist was really helpful giving us directions. My room was upgraded and compared to my mum's basic room I would definitely upgrade again.

10.0We truly enjoyed having the spacious rooms, bathroom, and loft for use. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus for us! The view of the courtyard was beautiful as it was from the observation terrace.

3.0Location but other property have the same location
− I asked for a continental breakfast (coffee and bread) for one day, but was told that because I hadn't booked it the day before, I could not order and pay for it. I would understand this policy if I were asking for something more elaborate than a continental breakfast. However, I can't understand why staff in the hospitality industry operate this way when they are unable to accommodate basic requests for their own guests.
