This is NOT a spa hotel
1.0The hotel was set in nice peaceful surroundings.
− This was advertised as a spa hotel. It had nothing. I booked for my boyfriends birthday. Staff were most unhelpful. They never looked into this for me. Booking.com never got back to help me either. I paid almost £200 for a basic room with no spa facilities and was really disappointed.
