− Curtains were hanging off so we’re unable to be closed meaning street lights were shining through all night.
Ok, but need to do better on communication especially when it come to access.

− Had to call multiple times to get a code to enter the building. If we were not tech savy this would have been a disaster. Strong smell of weed in the building also.
Fantastic apartment
10.0Fantastic apartment . Location fantastic . Tea coffee and milk in apartment was a bonus. Everything you need , even a dish washer . Room clean. . Tv romote was missing rang the number and within 10 mins a lasy came to check. Would definitely stay here again. Yes there is music you can hear. But your next to a pub and pubs close by. We just put ear plugs in and was fine.
− Pull out bed not comfy. So just slept on settee which was. . Also lighting not good if your putting makeup on. Bit dim .

8.0Location is perfect and unreal value for money
− Probably couldn't be helped and part of staying in these types of facilities but the Guests in the room next door were very loud. The noise from every move of a chair etc from the room upstairs came through the ceiling.
Had a nice 2 nights stay
10.0It was large, plenty of space, everything you need for self catering holiday. Good area and very quiet
− No usb ports had to buy a plug. Found the shower very slippery

Good to know
1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
