8.0It can be very noisy music and vibrating floor due to the night bar on top of the hotel which is kind mind blowing that they have such kind of arrangement. Not ideal! I was worried I won’t be able to sleep, but luckily Kyoto tired me out quickly. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider. My husband had no issue. Staff service was exceptional! They carried our luggage up for us. Location is the best.
