− The hVAC system didn’t keep the rm cool enough and it was very noisy
It's convenient
2.0Location was perfect for our needs. We had stayed before so we figured it would be fine. Breakfast was there and adequate.
− Our room was neat and tidy. The pull out bed, had no extra pillows for it. The air conditioner was so loud when it kicked on we could not sleep. It was late before we gave up and had a terrible fitful night. Should we have asked for a different room, probably. But all we wanted to do was sleep.

− Kitchen - cups, glasses and utensil were not cleaned. Three days the room guests next to ours were smoking weed, but the hotel staff didn't take ours and others guests complain seriously.
