Appalling service, aggressive staff, terrible hotel — avoid at all costs!
1.0− Absolutely dreadful experience: extremely rude and aggressive reception staff, obsessed with payments, taxes and checkout times rather than welcoming guests. Shockingly, the hotel deactivated our key cards in the middle of the night, cutting off electricity to our room despite us travelling with three young children! Noisy, poorly soundproofed rooms, miserable décor and disappointing breakfast — an appalling hotel with absolutely no sense of hospitality. Avoid at all costs!
