− We had roaches in our room, I called the Receprion for someone to come spray, no one came. Our room was left dirty until late in the afternoon, I called reception and it took time for someone to come. The wifi connection was very poor, we reported it and no one came, we had to go to Reception to get help with it. Your food prices are exceptionally expensive for what we getting. Dinner at almost R400 but we getting very basic food, thats not even thay delicious is juat daylight robbery. Breakfast also that one can get for R150 at a normal restaurant costs double that amount, this needs to be reviewed. It looka as though you just taking advantage of people. I wont be returning unfortunately. Not worth the money I paid. Also, your rooms don't have a sink. We have to wash things in the toilet, this is horrible for any normal person but worse for an OCD person. Yuk! Honestly that part was just disgusting. How do you not have a small sink in the Kitchen.
