6.0There is no bell boy assistance. The room does not have a chair to sit. Very functional. The windows do not function.

6.0Lack of a good restaurant within the premises was a problem. There was good support from the Front Desk. TV was not functioning properly as the set had to be repaired, probably overlooked by the management
