Super schönes Hotel, tolle Zimmer, aber der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
8.0Sehr schöne Zimmer, Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtet. Am besten hat uns der Innenhof gefallen.
− Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert. Beim Checkin haben wir gar keine Informationen über das inkludierte Frühstück oder Ähnliches bekommen. Im Restaurant mussten wir die Bedienung suchen, die in der Ecke stand und mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt war….

A Mixed Bag
8.0I stayed at the Brice when I accompanied my husband on his business trip. The suite was nice and big, and the bathroom was enormous. It’s in a good location, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Unfortunately, the room just looked out on the road, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise day and night. The service was good, but slow. We asked for a new bar of soap and after waiting for it for a long time, ended up retrieving it ourselves from the front desk. The service at the hotel restaurant was even worse, and I never got a refill on my coffee as I had requested. The atmosphere was fine, and I enjoyed seeing all the dogs around, although one afternoon there was a dog crying for a couple of hours — I assume his owners had left him alone in the room — and I finally complained at the front desk. I don’t know what they did, but the barking stopped after that.
Not the best. Won’t be back.
