7.0Appartement proche de supérettes et quelques commerces. A 10 minutes minimum à pieds de restaurants ou des points d'attraits de ville, mais reste relativement central et bien placé. Immeuble calme et appartement bien insonorisé. Personnel agréable et présent.
− L'appartement n'a aucune âme ni aucun charme: on ne peut pas deviner si on est à Madrid ou dans n'importe quelle capitale mondiale car la décoration est inexistante. Equipement minimum: 4 verres, 4 fourchettes... Eléments et mobilier basique et finitions assez ordinaire et sommaire. Extrêmement cher pour des prestations très simplistes. Après, tout cela fait le job mais à prix fort.

− Pool was disappointing and apartment did not have a balcony as shown in the photos Somebody smoked in their apartment which meant everybody had to leave due to the fire alarm at 4 am and wait for the fire brigade to come
