6.0Very average. The small double bed & noisy road made the stay uncomfortable. Also the room was very warm.
Won't be booking there again
4.0Host neither welcoming nor helpful, I needed transportation into the next town and all I got was a card with a phone number and the words 'probably he won't do it because it's a part time taxi and he works early...' Be aware Gurteen is a town where the last bus is at 9 pm, no taxi service and even Uber bailed 5 min before the requested time (23h30) - so a car is an absolute obligation! Regarding the room, I really don't know what laundry detergent is used in this B&B but upon getting into the room the smell was so strong, it gave me a headache, which was a pity since the mattress was quite good... Overall a very disappointing experience.
Comfortable beds
10.0We were very happy with our room. The bed was so comfortable , the layout was great. I loved that they had 2 chairs and a table in between to watch tv as well as have a tea and coffee with a little biscuit .Free bottled water . They also included little extras like manicure set, toothpicks, toiletries . Bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. We loved our stay , as good as any big hotel. Didn’t get to sample breakfast as we had an early start. Easy parking and easy checkout too.Not sure if it was the owner but the lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and informative . Wed Definitely stay again .
