10.0I stayed just one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Checkin was smooth and when I wanted to arrange to forward a bag, this was set up in minutes. Breakfast was varied and good. The station is across the road, useful not only for catching a train, but also for any quick shopping.

4.0We were provided a room on 9th floor and in the corridor was smelling badly with all the garbage. Seems they did not care about hygiene and when we complained we were provided a room on 10 th floor for which we paid 2000 yen extra
